A Finish and what I'm working on

I finished a baby quilt over the weekend.
I thought I was going to have to throw it in the trash. It was in the shape of a retangle but I decided to spiral quilt it to just give visual interest.

See all the wrinkles? Actually they were more like peaks. amount of pulling would make it lay flat. I was about to throw it in the trash. I just threw it in the washer and hoped for the best.

Here it is after the wash. Just a few ripples on the boarder. The mother sent me a message to tell me she was in love with it.

So now to what I'm working on.

Finally decided to cut out a skirt.

I used knit for this skirt. I will post more about the skirt when I finish it.
I did get half of it done.

The next picture is of my design wall. No designs just some of what I have worked on over the summer while I haven't been posting over here.

I hope you have a great end to the summer and a wonderful week.

Hugs and best stitches to you,
