Thankful Thursday #11

Hi Friends!
Today is Thursday and you know what that means

I am so glad you could join me today for Thankful Thursday.

Here is what I am thankful for on this Thankful Thursday. Sense tomorrow is Valentines day I would have to say I am thankful for:

Oh wait please wait.....I know I just heard a collective sigh and some even said Really? very loudly. This all stems from last week. Now I know you are all going huh?!
You see my son posted a pic on his instagram account. Here it is.

The caption he put was "This is me in about a weeks time" You see Valentines day has been so blown out of proportion that most people think if they are not in a relationship or have a significant other at valentines day they are left out in the cold.

Here is what I am here to tell you. YOU ARE LOVED!
That's right every one of you! You are loved very deeply. Here is how I know. In First John Chapter 4 Verse 19 says "We love because he first loved us." (NIV)

Your Heavenly Father Loves You!!!
You see you are not without someone to love on this Valentines Day. I hope that you know that there is Nothing you could ever do to loose that love. I hope you have a wonderful day today as well as a beautiful day tomorrow on Valentines Day and remember You Are Loved

If you have time please leave me a comment and tell me what you are thankful for this week.

I just want to update you on what I have been doing this week. (just wait you might get a laugh)

I wanted to make a cute little bunting for our doorway into mine and my husbands bedroom. Just as a cute little thing for valentines day. Well needless to say every time he saw me sewing it or cutting hearts he just shook his head. I guess he was not impressed. So I just put it in the door way to my sewing room.

Little paper punched hearts.

They are my favorite.

You can see I added some bigger hearts. Excuse the mess this is my sewing room doorway.

Oh well I think it's cute!

I haven't made much progress on the "i heart you" pattern yet.

Mine will have a light grey background.

I do have all the squares cut and matched how I want them. Then I did a test run and figured out I still will have to square up after sewing. I got a little discouraged. I know I will get back to it soon. I have been busy.

With what you say!

Husband got a new bike. We have been having some fun.

All though this is what it looks like now. New sissy bar (for me) and windshield.

Also been taking care of these little ones.....

New quail! There were 57 we have lost a few. (expected) But.. we have 81 more in the incubator due to hatch on Monday and following.

I hope you all have a great weekend and I know I am very thankful for many things and I hope you can find something to be thankful for too! Remember if you would like leave me a comment and tell me something you are thankful for.

  5. There are some factors to look upon before buying a sewing machine, like do you want it only for mending or to do decorative stitches also.
