Hi Friends
Today is a busy day for me. Well the past few days have been busy for me and with much more to do I don't see any down time in my future. Before I get to Thankful Thursday I want to tell you about the blog hop.
Michele over at Quilting Gallery has organized a Blog Hop. Everyone who is participating is also having a giveaway on their blogs. You can find the list HERE
Now on to Thankful Thursday
Today I am thankful for food and shelter and basic things that we all take for granted everyday. This week I have the pleasure of making two green bean casseroles to take to my church and they in turn will add a turkey and trimming and deliver them to needy families in our community.
You see as long as I can remember when I lived at home with my parents and ever sense my husband and I got married. I can never ever remember doing without. I have done without the things maybe that I wanted but never the things I needed.
So for that I am very Thankful! So if you would like tell me something you are thankful for this week.
So here are some better pictures of the quilt top that I finished the other day. The one I said I was going to give to my mom to quilt because I was so tired of looking at it.
I got a chance to take some pictures outside. I really like the way my quilts look outside. The only thing wrong with these pictures right now is that everything is brown. That is Florida living for you we go straight from green to brown here.
Here is how to enter to win this pattern.
You must first be a follower of my blog. You can follow on Google+, Bloglovin, Feedly, or Feedspot.
Comment and tell me what you are most Thankful for right now. That's it and you will be entered to win the Round & Round pattern. (Please comment only one time and make sure you are not a non-reply blogger or you can also leave your email address in with your comment)
I hope you all have fun hopping around blog land and thanks for stopping by here to visit with me and share what you are Thankful for.
Have a great weekend!
Hugs and best stitches to you,
a.k.a. Mrs. Sew & Sew

O.K. on to the part of why you are here the giveaway. I have always loved the mother/daughter duo of Bonnie & Camille.
Camille Roskelley has just put out a new pattern and I ordered one. Well two actually. It is called round & round and the first place I really noticed it was on instagram. They were tagging or hash tagging (#) the blocks #roundandroundalong
Well I just fell in love with them so I decided I would buy the pattern and try my very own. If you don't win the pattern here you can buy it from Camille at here website HERE or you can check at your local quilt shop.
