Hi Friends
I know I haven't graced you with my presents here sense my little giveaway but.... I have been busy and then as luck would have it I got sick.....and still am. So I decided while I am hanging out on the couch and trying to cough my lungs up....well that was gross. I would share with you what little I have been doing this week.
I have a lot more time to post to Instagram or IG aswe they call it. You are welcome to follow me there is a link on my side bar to you right. Or you can look me up I am: @mrs_sew_sew
over there.
Well as I have said I am a little under the weather this week so my animals really don't know why I am lounging on my couch all day so I have a lot of company.

Well my week started off with an unexpected hatch of quail 102 to be exact.
Made Builder 500 with A LOT of help from my team! Thanks Guys!
I did get to trim down all the HST to try and get my lay out done.
Here is my lay out maybe I will feel better tomorrow and can start the sewing together process.
Mean while I got an order from Fabric dot com of my new favorite fabric Country Girl and what do you know I ordered half a yard and JACKPOT I got the end of the bolt. That is the second time that has happened, I guess they feel sorry for me sense I order from them so much lol.
Then as luck would have it yesterday after returning home from my doctors appointment I checked my mail and my order from Superior Threads had arrived. I ordered this white thread and a package of titanium top stitch needles.
This is what it looks like in the dark. It is supposed to last up to 6 hours. We will see I have two special little boys that I plan to use this on their quilts. More on that later (lets just say I will be an instant aunt again) yeah can't wait. God is Good!
Well that is my week sorry I haven't been here a whole lot. It's just easier to do short write ups on my IG account. I spend more time on my tablet than my computer. I do have the blogger app on my tablet but I don't like the way it does the pictures. I use it for my "Verse for Sunday" posts. It is quicker for Sunday mornings.
Feel free to follow me on Instagram I would love to see what you are working on too via IG. Comment down below and tell me how to look you up.

ReplyDeleteThe heart quilt is wonderful. The quails... I just don't know how I feel about all those birds!! How on earth did you come up with that number? They'd be skittering around... you went up many points for that post my friend. I like quirky.
